*Basketball
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams of five active players each try to score points against one another by propelling a ball through a 10 feet (3 m) high hoop (the goal) under organized rules. Basketball is one of the most popular and widely viewed sports in the world.[citation needed]

Points are scored by shooting the ball through the basket above; the team with more points at the end of the game wins. The ball can be advanced on the court by bouncing it (dribbling) or passing it between teammates. Disruptive physical contact (fouls) is not permitted and there are restrictions on how the ball can be handled (violations).

Through time, basketball has developed to involve common techniques of shooting, passing and dribbling, as well as players’ positions, and offensive and defensive structures. Typically, the tallest members of a team will play center or one of two forward positions, while shorter players or those who possess the best ball handling skills and speed, play the guard positions. While competitive basketball is carefully regulated, numerous variations of basketball have developed for casual play. In some countries, basketball is also a popular spectator sport.

While competitive basketball is primarily an indoor sport, played on a basketball court, less regulated variations have become exceedingly popular as an outdoor sport among both inner city and rural groups.

Ok so why didn’t he play hard then? I guess if you were a star for your team in the NBA under contract you would risk getting injured for one on one street ball games..that’s real smart

thats not really the point though is it? he got schooled in that one play though. ofcourse devin could just post him up and score on him every time, but it’s obviously the surprise element about the video which people like. devin didn’t expect him to be as good as he was. noone in their right mind would arhue about who is the better basketball player. tanner is probably a better player than you think though.

    Many people now are …
Many people now are “fascinated” by crossover moves, but there is a lot more to basketball than crossovers. This new ponderance of NBA vs Street is a silly one. The NBA players have seasoned coaches and a complete team structure. Street players main focus is 1 vs 1 skills (for entertainment), team vs team they wouldn’t stand a chance against an NBA team.

  16. CP3isMVP Says:

no its not u stupid …
no its not u stupid you did not see devin trying to steal the tape from anybody and he showed sportsmanship too…..and i bet devin makes way more money than him anyway so it dont even matter but lebron is a sore loser he act like a little girl

  21. Std4mvp Says:

    after this whole …
after this whole lebron thing with the video, it really makes you respect the way devin harris acted. Does anyone really think that he was trying? But he didn’t say that, and remained a class act. If Harris really wanted to, he could’ve just bodied up on that guy and made him look silly.
