PS: I immediately got better, and she said my blood tests were fine, so don’t worry—it didn’t last long enough to seriously effect me, but it did scare me to death, or life.

Update: Thanks for …
Thanks for your care. Tory
Update: Thanks for all of your comments! I ended up SUPER weak, exhausted, shaky (I’d quit coffee, too). I saw my Doctor who said to “Go back to eating a balanced diet of food and go have a cup of coffee–that’s why you’re shaking”.
I was so bad someone in Hollywood Sun night asked me, “Do you need some help?”
Scary! The people DID look great—but it just isn’t for me, and some people did act very cult-like–looking back. At least I’m faster at seeing things

I always wonder …
I always wonder when people tell me ‘it’s not a cult’ – why would I think it is? While there’s nothing inherently cultish about eating raw food, there are people who take it too far. Be cautious about who you take your advice from, especially if the person brushes your questions off instead of answering them, or advises you to avoid medical care in favour of just eating “better”. (Why can’t you do both?) You may still decide that a raw food diet is right for you, but go in with your eyes open.

There are a lot of …
There are a lot of health benefits to eating unprocessed foods, but please be careful because there are dangers in a raw food diet too. For example, uncooked food is more likely to be carrying harmful bacteria like salmonella and E. coli. Some foods (such as many varieties of beans) are actually toxic if they’re not properly cooked. A raw food diet can also lead to vitamin deficiencies and decreased bone density.

What about beer …
What about beer though?
I’ve had some really good raw food but how can you make beer without mashing?
Nice vid, Tory. Love your smile and happiness. It’s contagious, you know.

Eating raw …
Eating raw vegetables is considered cultish?? Don’t most Drs recommend that as a big part of a healthy diet nowadays? They do where I am. Also steaming veggies slowly. A sharp eduction of meat save things like salmon. Nobody recommends a heavily meat based diet anymore, to my knowledge…. that was ages ago. I’m truly puzzled. I bet you got some great recipes.

I differentiate …
I differentiate Scientology from the Church of Scientology. The reason for that is, once in the Freezone I discovered a process that was developed out of Dianetics — R3X. The main developer is Robert DuCharme. For me it is a crucial part of my wholistic approach to health.
