I looked up a local restaurant’s health dept. score and could find nothing… What gives?

I looked on this states health dept. site and found a consumer check where you are supposed to be able to punch in name, address, and owner of all restaurants and find out how they did on inspections… When I looked for a particular local place, there was no listing… Now I don’t know what to think!
P.S. Whether I’ve eaten there or not is not the point. I work in the food industry and don’t like the idea of a place operating illegally so need info…
