Well, my sister is still alive to tell the tale! My favourite tipple was sand apparently. Not sure I am that keen now though. Protein I would guess.

Protine, but worms eat dirt so even if you wash them they are still filled with dirt. Let them fertalize and arraite the soil and eat some chicken.

There is some protein intake involved and some iron, but you are also eating worm feces since the entire thing is basically just an intestine.

No. But they are great for the soil in your garden. Leave the worms in the dirt and reap the healthful benefits from the food grown in the fertile earth. OK. If your are starving and have no food source then eating worms would provide some protein.

None, you may actually get infested with parasitic worms by doing this; I'm not sure, nor have I ever heard of that happening but I guess it's possible.
