		<description>Yes, it will. I was only $5 a week above the cutoff, and I was denied. Healthy NY costs more, but is the only other option. The only problem I had with them was that they refused to cover doctor followups that were based on original visits I had with the Family Health Plus.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Live in NY and know the plans</description>

But I would try maybe your actual monthly income will come out  less when they calculate it and then go from there. Good luck&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
