Why put the burden on being responsible on the woman? How come men don`t get vasectomies, use prophylactics or demand birth control pills, patches or injections so that they don`t get someone pregnant? If pharmaceuticals can come up with Viagra, then why can`t they come up with some birth control medicine for men? I believe that subconsciously, men love to get someone pregnant because it shows their virility and that they are real machos. The reason I believe this is because I have met many unmarried men who boast about having 10, 13, 24 kids; mind you that they don`t support any of those kids, so I think it`s a macho trip for many men. If more men were forced to pay child support they would be more responsible in their sex practices.

This is why I believe the responsibility falls on both, this is not just a "One Way Street". It takes two to tango, women do not get pregnant by themselves and men don`t get pregnant, they impregnate. I believe It`s high time for men to be real men and get more involved in the consequences, perhaps if they did, instead of just having a grand sex time, boasting of their macho prowess and making kids they`re not going to support, they could actively save some babies from being aborted.

Westhill: Yeah right, if indeed Obama is conserned about the numbers of abortions being performed in the US, then why did he reinstate Partial-Birth-Abortions and Embrionic-Stem-Cell-Research? Pres. Bush had stopped both of these practices and he made them legal again. If the average American stopped to think about these two practices which I consider to be inhumane and an insult to the unique preciousness of a human baby`s life, they also would get sick to their stomachs just as many pro-life believers do. Not giving medical attention to a baby born in a Partial-Birth-Abortion procedure is more inhuman than abusing a dog or a cat; it is murder. I have met a young lady whose mother had one of these procedures and she was born alive. One of the attending nurses gave her primary attention and then took her to a hospital where she was cared for and then she was placed for adoption. She was adopted and today she is a wonderfull 22 year old woman; there are many others who have been saved as she was; If they had been born after Obama passed this inhuman law they would be dead; this is what is happening to those babies now, they are deprived of medical attention and left to die.
References :
exactly there is no need for abortion as there are many different forms of free contraceptive devices available, its not like when I was a young man and it was a rubber or the old pull out method which didn't work well. Abortion is the pre meditated murder of a living human being legal or not its still murder. Thank you for posting this and all the abuse that the liberals will lob your way for doing so.
References :
The trick is to have lights that have the bulbs inside a steel surround, like the old type victorian ones made for the modern low-energy conscious man and woman. Then it will be near-impossible to break the bulb, or for a broken bulb to fall on you.

These do of course have to be wired into the ceiling, or into the wall, depending on where one wants them, and there are two ways to do it. The first way is to have steel that is merely insulated from the electrics, the second way is to have steel that is earthed to the electrics.

With regard to the low-energy thing that is going around these days, the latter way is best.
References :
Some older lights, especially street lights, did contain significant amounts of liquid mercury. Modern household fluorescents contain less mercury than an amalgam tooth filling, and it's vaporized. If you break one, you might want to ventilate the are and sweep up the mess, but there is no reason to panic.
References :
Great idea. Let's teach it in schools. Oh wait....you guys are against teaching that kind of thing.

Not everyone can take the shot but everyone can certainly find a type of birth control that will work for them. All we need is a little education on the subject...that requires a few folks to pull their heads out of their hoo haws and see the big picture.
References :
Hmm... question is, is it a good idea, even if she IS evil? If you're in a community property state, you're going to be responsible for her bills (to at least some degree) until such time as you are legally divorced. As long as you're legally married, it's probably going to be better to keep her on your policy to limit your own obligations and liabilities.

After a divorce, you're not obligated to keep her on your policy; however, she will probalby be entitled to keep it (assuming she pays for her own premiums) under the various COBRA laws - usually for anywhere from 18 months to three years.
References :
Me - who divorced an evil ex when he cut his own KIDS off from insurance.

According to FBI statistics, in 25 percent of "rape" cases where a DNA test was done, the evidence excluded the primary suspect. In other words, the accusation of rape was false.
References :
http://www.nytimes.com/1999/07/18/opinion/in-america-how-many-innocent-prisoners.html
