I am thinking of buying a small shop in UK. The shop only has 1 entrance, there is no back door or fire escape. Would I have trouble obtaining health and safety certificate for this property? I need to get Health and Safety as the shop will be used as a tattoo studio.

I imagine each profession has professional magazines or newsletters that accept advertising.
Ask friends/contacts if they know any good professionals. Ask them to ask people. Who you get to work with you is more important than filling the space- you do not want to be associated with someone who does bad work or even worse, a creep or a crook.

It depends, go there for yourself and compare prices; probably the private ran health shop would be more expensive, but you never know.
