Signing a false statement is called perjury. If a lawsuit comes in the future, the person who signed the false statement could face monetary and jail time penalties.

I live in Southwest Michigan and I am a freshly turned vegetarian. I think it would be beneficial for my health a little bit. My father used to garden when we first moved in, and we have a large, long spot. I was just curious when is a good time to start planting and what I should be planting.

I am thinking of buying a small shop in UK. The shop only has 1 entrance, there is no back door or fire escape. Would I have trouble obtaining health and safety certificate for this property? I need to get Health and Safety as the shop will be used as a tattoo studio.

Dicovery Park is a short bus ride from Downtown and has nice beaches and trails. if ya can go to a Town called Gold Bar WA,
Wallace falls is there and got a 7.5 mile trail to the top and some great hiking in a rainforest around. big trees and lots of giant ferns and one of a kind moses. starts out a little lame but gets ruff towards the end, bring water and food

I am a good player, i have good technical ability, like passing, control as i am a midfielder. My shooting is ok, but i need to work on that. I am quite tough, like i get stuck in, but sometimes a i have a few problems. Sometimes i come back in the car with my dad, and tell him that i didn’t enjoy the training session. It’s quite difficult to explain, but like its just that i’d enjoy it with a bunch of determined and motivated boys. I have a trial with Bristol Rovers coming up, and i want to work hard, but in sessions/training i can’t because of the others don’t seem to be interested, like goofing about, talking about Xbox Live, thinking whats for dinner. Like i have the mind like Wayne Rooney like on improving, but i can’t. I live in Cardiff. UK, and surprisingly, there are no outdoor football facilities locally, and my friends around here do like football, but prefer Xbox Live. I am leaving my team for the ‘a’ division next season, and going for the team that is in 2nd place at the moment. Also, lately before i’ve been going to sessions i’m like ‘here we go, same old thing’. Like I want to go to places, learn, get better, good drills which pay off! Just can’t seem to do it.

If changing teams is not an option then you have a decision to make.
That decision is, do you want to be the best you can be. If the answer is yes then what the other young men are doing does not matter. You need to step up and focus on the drills and tasks the coach is giving you. Yes, it may not be easy to do when everyone else is messing around but do it. You sound like you take the sport very seriously, so take it seriously then. Also by focusing and working hard, you may find yourself in a leadership role. At first it may be hard, since everyone else still wants to be messing about. Ask them to buckle down and work, then lead by example. You may be surprised at how many of your team mates actually feel the same as you, but were too afraid to do anything about it. Try to identify those players and get them on "your team" then as well.
I am a firm believer that you will play like you practice. If practice is just a mess the result of it will usually show up on the scoreboard later on.

The bar on the first floor has been breaking law after law for the entior time they have been open (About 2 years now) and I only now realize exactly HOW MANY LAWS they break on a weekly (Sometimes Daily) basis… They are constanly braging about how one of the owners has a LOT of cop friends that protect them and they are always ‘encouraging’ cops to eat here so they can get on their knees and blow them to continue their protection and it is only NOW I realize that the fact that I have had to call the cops and file a noise complaint at LEAST once a week, usually upwards of 5 times a NIGHT on weekends with the overly intoxicated patrons out in the parking lot until 2:00am to 3:00am so I am DONE calling down there and asking them to turn the music down and control their customers!

I am going to start collecting video of their illegal outdoor events… I’m going to start taking pictures of how they block off the whole parking lot and treat it as one big patio… (Which is illegal if their Outdoor Patio/Beer Garden License is only for the “Normal” patio that they use) I’m going to take video of the over served drunks stumbling to their cars or, even worse, SHOWING UP DRUNK and stumbling INSIDE then stumbling even more BACK to their car… And I’m going to turn in each and every person without a disabled parking placard…

11-4-2800 Music and amplified sound.
(a) No person on the public way shall employ any device or instrument that creates or amplifies sound, including but not limited to any loudspeaker, bullhorn, amplifier, public address system, musical instrument, radio or device that plays recorded music, to generate any sound, for the purpose of communication or entertainment, that is louder than average conversational level at a distance of 100 feet or more, measured vertically or horizontally, from the source.

(b) Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., no person on any private open space shall employ any device or instrument that creates or amplifies sound, including but not limited to any loudspeaker, bullhorn, amplifier, public address system, musical instrument, radio or device that plays recorded music, to generate any sound, for the purpose of communication or entertainment, that is louder than average conversational level at a distance of 100 feet or more from the property line of the property from which the noise is being generated.

11-4-2805 Regulated entertainment businesses.
(a) No establishment holding a liquor license pursuant to Chapter 4-60 of this Code, or a public place of amusement license pursuant to Article III of Chapter 4-156 of this Code, shall operate or permit operation of any equipment or device that electronically amplifies sound so as to generate sound having a sound pressure level greater than 55 dB(A) when measured from within any dwelling unit; provided that, if the ambient noise level is greater than 55 dB(A), then the applicable limitation is 10 dB(A) above the ambient noise level.
(b) In addition to the limitations contained in subsection (a) of this section, the limitations contained in section 11-4-2800 of this Code apply to any entity subject to this section

An Outdoor Patio License allows the service of liquor to the public outdoors on private property. Outdoor Patios must be enclosed and be directly adjacent to the existing licensed business. No live or recorded music should be played in an Outdoor Patio and it must be closed (for both food and liquor service) by 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Outdoor Events – An outdoor Special Event Liquor License is required anytime liquor is to be served or sold outdoors to the public at a previously unlicensed location or at a private event in the which the attendants are charged a fee for the event. Although licensed caterers may provide liquor service for these events, the service of liquor by a licensed caterer DOES NOT exempt the event holder from obtaining a special event liquor license. Contact the Mayor’s Office of Special Events at (312) 744-0793 no later than two months before the event to receive information on the outdoor special event application process.

Your details and documentation are excellent. Please consider any repercussions, once you set the wheels in motion. The District Attorney for the City and County will consider your complaint and enforcement of violations, but in doing so you are also going to subject yourself to some ridicule. I am sorry but the reality of the situation is they may tell you that they are busy catching hardened criminals.
You may also file a complain with the State license board, they are more likely to be interested in action TAF (Tobacco,Alcohol, Firearms) gets quicker response. Sincere best wishes in your quest. and thank you.
